- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Philadelphia (FISC) Detachment Philadelphia Office, intends to procure systems and case goods furniture shipped and installed to be delivered to Philadelphia, PA 19111. This procurement is being processed under the Simplified Acquisitions Procedures, FAR PART 13.5. The applicable North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) # is 337122, size standard 500 employees. Note 22 is applicable to this requirement. Interested sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is a solely within the discretion of the Government.
