- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) webpage located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to enter into a firm-fixed-price contract on a sole source basis with X-Com Systems, LLC, 12345 Sunrise Valley Drive, # B, Reston, VA 20191-3418 to purchase X-Com Radio Frequency (RF) Capture and Playback Test Suites, Configuration 2B, Part Number RFCPTS 05 01 (2 Each), on a sole source, firm-fixed-price basis from. X-Com is the sole manufacturer of this equipment, which must meet military standards for field testing. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Procurement Division has implemented Electronic Commerce (EC) in the acquisition area; therefore, this synopsis and any applicable amendments will be available on the World Wide Web at http://www.nswc.navy.mil/wwwDL/XD/supply. Hard copies WILL NOT be provided. Vendors should regularly access the NSWCDD Web Site to ensure that they have downloaded all amendments. DoD will no longer award contracts to contractors not registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Registration may be accomplished by accessing the CCR Web Site at http://www.ccr.gov. A paper registration form may be obtained from the DoD Electronic Commerce Information Center at 1-888-227-2423.
