- US Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District, intends to procure janitorial services for Armed Forces Recruiting Station, Seven Oaks Professional Park, 2210 Ashley Oaks Circle, Suite 102, Wesley Chapel, FL. 33543. The contractor shall provide al l material, labor, and equipment for janitorial services. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded. Period of Performance will be for one base year with threee option years. Prospective bidders must bid on the base year and all option years. The gove rnment will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quotation, conforming to this Request for Quotation (RFQ), will be most advantageous to the Government. This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% Small Busi ness Set-Aside, therefore only small businesses are invited to respond. The applicable NAICS Code is 561720, Small Business Size Standard is $15 Million. Solicitation W912EP 07 T 0033 will be issued on or about 22 JUNE 2007 and offers due on or about 06 JU LY 2007. Solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will be posted on the Federal Technical Data Solutions (FedTeDS) website at https://www.fedteds.gov/. No phone or fax request for copy of solicitation will be accepted. There is a VENDO R USER GUIDE available on the FedTeDS website. In order to receive notification of any amendments to this solicitation, interested vendors must REGISTER TO RECEIVE NOTIFICATION on the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/.
