Please n ote that the organized pre-proposal site visit will be held at the project site on the Island of Kauai on 27 June 2007 from 9:00 A.M., HST. The Kikiaola Light Draft Harbor (also known as Kikiaola Small Boat Harbor) address is 9000 Kaumualii Highway in Kek aha. There is a sign next to the road that identifies the harbor as Kikiaola Small Boat Harbor. The pre-proposal conference will be conducted on 28 June 2007 from 9:00-11:00 A.M. at the Grove Room at the Waimea Plantation Cottages located at 9400 Kaumual ii Highway.
