Description
CONTACT Joseph Rauner, Electronics Engineer, (732) 532-9117. This is a market survey to identify additional sources for the following parts used with the FIREFINDER AN/TPQ-37 Radar. Quantity refers to expected first year quantity. Data is in this ord er: ITEM NAME, NSN, Part Number, Quantity, delimited by commas; rows are delimited by semi-colons. Repair Kit - Pumping, 4320-01-523-0756, T51P, 30; Repair Kit - Motor, 4320-01-523-0780, T52M, 30; Repair Kit - Pumping, 4320-01-523-5972, T35P, 20; Repair Ki t - Motor, 4320-01-523-5977, T35M, 20; Cooler  Fluid - Elec, 5999-01-418-5970, LA-35 - 154 Block 1, 25; Filter - Water Purif (Filter Element), 4610-01-536-0573, 154-310-63, 3200; Controller - Fluid Pump (Purity Cartridge), 6695-01-535-3282, 154-327-44M1, 3200. Contract performance is expected to be 5 years. The Cooler will also have an overhaul/repair (O/R) services requirement of 20 per year max for 5 years. Parts were previously identified under 0LHE3, EEI (DRS-MES). Incumbent manufacturer is requested t o reply. Detailed technical data and test-repair documentation will not be supplied by the Army as they are not available. Successful supplier(s) must supply documentation such as test results, test-repair procedures, manufacturing data, and a copy of purc hase order(s) if the supplier was a vendor-subcontractor to the listed source or a statement from listed source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, successfully provide this hardware and service. Supplier(s) must provide prices for the quantities cited, quantity breaks and delivery date ARO for each. Successful supplier(s) may be required to warrant that the item supplied under this requirement will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended.
