- J--The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, tools, test equipment, and materials to overhaul the Valve Assembly, Auxiliary applicable to the UH-60. The Government input NSNs/PNs are 1560-01-399-5104/70651-03300-102 and 1560-01 -082-9196/70651-03300-101. The Contractor output NSN/PN is 1560-01-399-5104/70651-03300-102. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336413. The proposed contractual action will be a five-year, firm fixed price Indefinite Delive ry Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, with a minimum quantity is 200 each, maximum quantity 750 each. The maximum quantity includes a Foreign Military Sales quantity of 150 each. The Government's minimum quantity to be awarded is 200 each. The Go vernments required output schedule with a Product Verification Audit (PVA) requirement is 3 each 180 days after award (DAA) and 20 each per month thereafter until contract completion. The PVA report is due 150 after award. The Governments required outp ut schedule without PVA requirements is 20 each 180 DAA and 20 each per month thereafter until contract completion. The maintenance and overhaul shall be in accordance with the Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) 1-1560-291, dated 8/27/2004. All re sponsible sources may submit an offer that may be considered by the agency. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. See Notes 1 and 22.
