- This is a Combined Synopsis / Solicitation for a commercial item as follows : NetApp Storage Array Model 3020 with 14 TB of storage. This announcement is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 , as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation ; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A Firm-Fixed Price ( FFP ) is intended to be used in the procurement of the aforement ioned parts. Delivery shall be, best possible, FOB, Natick, Massachusetts. This solicitation document incorporates FAR provisions 52.204-7, 52212-4, 52.212-5, 52.212-5, 52.225-13, 52.225-13, 52.252-2, 52.252-2 , 52.252-6 , 252.204-7004 , 252.212-7001 , 252 .232-7003. FAR Provision 52.212-2 applies and the following evaluation factors shall be used to evaluate offers in descending order of importance : ( 1 ) Price ( 2 ) Delivery. A written proposal is requested. Contractors shall address all the evaluation cr iteria above in detail, in their proposals. The SIC Code for this requirement is 3571. For the purpose of this requirement, any concern with a total of 500 employees or less is considered a small business. Firms responding to this announcement shall ind icate whether or not they are a small or small disadvantaged business concern. Response time is 27 June 2007 by 5: P.M. EST for submission of proposals to the above contracting office .
