- Modification made in order to make the following changes are hereby made to solicitation W911SE-07-R-0026: 1) Phase In date has changed from 09 July 07 - 31 July 07 to 10 Sep 07 - 30 Sep 07. 2) Phase Out date has changed from 19 June 10 - 08 July 10 to 14 Aug 10 - 31 Aug 10. 3) Dates have changed for the base and all option periods and now read: Base Period - 01 Oct 07 through 31 Aug 08,Option Period One - 01 Sep 08 through 31 Aug 09 & Option Period Two - 01 Sep 09 through 31 Aug 10. 4) The due date for receipt of proposals has changed from 29 June 07 to 6 July 07 @ 12:00 p.m. EST. 5) Section 5.1.3. (a) of Furniture/Furnishings Miscellaneous of the PWS has been changed to read as follows: One of the following three (3) combinations is required in both the bedroom and living room: (1) ceiling fan with lights, (2) existing light fixtur e with stand alone three speed conciliating fan or (3) existing ceiling fan or stand alone three speed oscillating fan with one large night stand/end table lamp. 6) Section 6.1. of the PWS has been changed to read as follows, The Government will attempt to make payment no later than the 10th working day of each month following contractor providing one full month of housing, however the prompt payment act will stil l be effective. 7) Section 7.1.1.(j) of the PWS has been changed to read as follows, All units must exist within a complex that has a functioning electric gate encompassing the entire complex and which requires a gate key card to open gate doors for pedestrian and autom obile access. All gates to the properties must be operable at the time in which proposals are received and tenants take occupancy. See revised attached PWS.
