- This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation. The contractor shall deliver 1900 tons of Washington State Department of Transportation approved 2 inch minus with fines Shot Rock to the Tacoma Creek Command post in accordance solicitation and can be downloaded at link http://www.fbo.gov. 1) Solicitation 2) Wide Area Workflow 3) Statement of Work. This is a synopsis/solicitationfor commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation FA4620-07-Q-A016 is issued as a request for quote, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 212321. Small business size standard is 500 employees. This requirement is a Hub Zone set-aside. Submit the following items along with the quotation: 1) Pricing Schedule, 2) Completed representations and Certifications, as required in FAR52.212-3 (accessible at the Air Force FAR Site, http://farsite.hill.af.mil). The following sections should be filled out before the offerors return the quotation: 1)Block 12 ,Discount Terms, 2)Block 17a Contractor/ Offeror, 3)Block 26, Total Award Amount, and 4)Signature Blocks 30a, 30b, 30c. On Page 3 of the solicitation the offeror must fill out the unit price and extended price, total price, and delivery date of the line item. The offeror shall include the Tax ID number in their quotation. Offers are due by NLT 29 June 2007 at 4:00pm Pacific Daylight Savings Time. It is the responsibility of the contractor to check the FBO website daily for any changes made to the solicitation. The solicitation will be available for all interested parties to view and download on the http://www.fbo.gov website. Procurement documents will not be directly provided in a paper hard copy format or compact disc format. The closing date, time and submission information will be included in the solicitation document. By submission of an offer, the offereror acknowledges that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database at http://www.ccr.gov prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting form this solicitation. Lack of registration the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency.
