- This REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) represents a Sources Sought Market Survey Notice to help determine and identify sources with the capabilities to perform various general construction projects for any of the Veterans Integrated Service Network 9 Medical Centers, Outpatient Clinics or Vet Centers. This Market Survey is being conducted as to determine the number of Veteran Owned Small Businesses interested in construction solicitations issued by the VISN 9. Related solicitation(s) may be issued in accordance with FAR Part 36. NAICS code 236220 applies. AT THIS TIME THERE IS NO SOLICITATION TO BE ISSUED. Interested firms having the skills and capabilities necessary to perform construction project requirements are invited to provide information to contribute to this market survey/sources sought. ------------------------------------------ Responses from potential sources must be HARD COPY, to include the following information, LIMITED TO 5 PAGES OR LESS:------------1. Previous experience in hospital construction. ------------------------ 3. Previous experience in VA hospital construction. --------------- 4.
