Description

The U.S. Maritime Administration (MARAD) intends to solicit for N.S. SAVANNAH Program Support in four functions supporting the nuclear facility license. These functional areas are: --Licensing and Compliance Management --Quality Assurance Management --Program and Risk Management --Nuclear Advisor The Contractor shall provide qualified personnel in each of the four areas indicated above to support MARAD's efforts in the decommissioning of the N.S. SAVANNAH. See SOW for additional information. There is a guaranteed minimum of $50,000 for the base year only and no guarantee for the option periods. Additionally the maximum for the EMOS project is $5,500,000. The period of performance is Base Period year with four one-year options. It is anticipated that RFP DTMA1R06013 will be issued on or about June 22, 2007 at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Proposals will be due July 2, 2007. THIS SOLICITATION IS SET-ASIDE 100% FOR SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS UNDER NAICS 541330. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit an offer which will be considered by MARAD.
