- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Sheridan, Oregon, plans to issue a Request for Quote, # RFQ 61203-022-07, for the provision of burial services. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm fixed prices. The contract will be for burial services to include casket and transportation services. Base and subsequent years estimate is three deaths per year. The contract period shall be for a period of 12 months from the date of award, plus four-12 month option years. The NAICS code for this requirement is 812210; the small business size standard is $6.5 million. Any contractor interested in obtaining a contract award with the Federal Bureau of Prisons must be registered at www.ccr.gov. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a written offer which will be considered for award. The solicitation will be available on or after June 21, 2007, with an anticipated response date of July 6, 2007, 4:00 p.m. local time.
