- Toilet structures at Halls Point Lookout and Wrangle Camp, Siskiyou Mountains and High Cascades Ranger Districts, Jackson County, Oregon. Halls Point Lookout site is located in Jackson County, Oregon, near the community of Prospect, on the High Cascades Ranger District. Wrangle Camp site is located in Jackson County, Oregon, near Dutchman Peak Lookout on the Siskiyou Mountains Ranger District. The project includes all labor, equipment, supplies, supervision and incidentals necessary to install new cross-linked polyethylene underground vaults and toilet structures at Halls Point Lookout and at Wrangle Campground, including removal of existing toilets and vaults, constructing floor slabs, backfill, constructing accessible trails to toilets, and constructing gable end louvers at Dutchman L.O. Toilet, and related construction. Contract time is 90 calendar days. This is a Request for Quotations. In addition to price, offerors are required to complete a project specific questionnaire providing information regarding past performance history, technical approach, work sequencing, quality control, etc. Detailed technical proposals are not required. Award evaluation criteria includes technical approach and past performance history in addition to price. Award may be made without discussions. Price Range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Solicitation will be available for download from FedBizOpps website at http://www.fbo.gov on or about July 5, 2007. A payment bond (100 percent) will be required after award. Note: prospective awardee shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) data base prior to award. All contractors and vendors must complete the electronic version of the Representations and Certifications (Section K in Solicitations) in the ORCA system.
