- Description
- The project will reduce the density of small diameter vegetation in the 1to 2 inch size class. Stubble height of the treated vegetation will be less than 8 inch. Dominate vegetation in the majority of the project units will be Pinyon and Juniper and possible conifer mix trees with some brush species present such as mountain mahogany and rabbit brush. Trees to be treated will consist of a mixture of sizes in the 1 to 12 inch category in order to leave a variety of age classes remaining on the project sites in a random mosaic pattern. The solicitation for this project will only be made available through the Federal Business Opportunities website - www.fbo.gov. This project is set aside for small business concerns.
