- Priest Lake Ranger District, Bonner County, Idaho. This project consists of replacing the existing water system within the Luby Bay Campground, both the upper and lower loops. Work includes installing a new 3 inch main line from the pump house near the museum (1/4 mile away) to the campground boundary and then putting in new 2 inch trunk line to both loops and installing new hydrants, pads, relief values, and all branch lines supplying the various hydrants and toilets. The project is located at Luby Bay Campground, approximately 3 miles on County Road 35 north of its junction with State Highway 57. The Campground is located just north of Hills Resort and the Priest Lake Museum. The Campground is located on both sides of County Road 35. The Contracting Officer Fred A.
