- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Item 2840-00-739-5628, 0015498735, Bolt Assembly, P/N 332C420G2 is a configuration control, critical application item, sole source to General Electric Company (CAGE 07482). Unrestricted. ABVS applies. FOB Origin. Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Total Quantity: 35 each; all 35 pieces are to be delivered to Tracy, CA with a delivery of 323 DARO or best possible delivery. Solicitation issue date is June 20, 2007 with a closing date of July 03, 2007. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2 regarding Evaluation of Commercial Items is applicable. All offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications ?
