- Solicitation Number SP0406-07-R-0827, RJ07040004, NSN 9150-00-001-9395, Lubricating Oil, Gear. Origin inspection required. This NSN is procured in accordance with SAE J2360, QAP 204 applies. This is an Unrestricted solicitation and will result in Fixed Price with EPA, Indefinite Quantity Contract for a base and two (2) option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will not include progress payments. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS website at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date shown on the RFP.
