- Solicitation SPM7L2-07-Q-0448 is an unrestricted acquisition for NSN 2540-01-543-0747, Parts Kit, Seat Belt being procured IAW FAR Part 13.5 for commercial items. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Part 12.603 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Approved source is Cage 1EAW9 P/N 901-US-07301-1. Total quantity required is 1700 EA, including a 100% option quantity (possible additional 1700 EA, IF OPTION IS EXERCISED). NSN requires Destination Inspection and Acceptance and FOB Destination with phased production delivery of 300 pieces in 60 days ADO, additional shipments in increments of 300 due 30 days thereafter until completion with final shipment of 200 due in 210 days ADO. Destination is New Cumberland, PA (W25G1U).
