- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound has a requirement for a Turn-Key Hydraulic Component Test System. The contractor will be responsible for the design, manufacture, test and groom all equipment, preparation of the work site consistent with the specifications and the assembly and installation of the Hydraulic Component Test System. The contractor is responsible to level and align system, connect system components to the provided utility hook-ups. The contractor will provide all tools, material, instrumentation and gauges necessary to perform the required tests. The contractor is also responsible to provide training to the Government personnel on the proper operation and maintenance of the installed equipment and its component parts. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by FISCPS. A solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: https://www.neco.navy.mil. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from the website and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for the inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone or FAX request will be accepted and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or FAXed. This procurement effort will processed in accordance with FAR part 12 and 13.5. The solicitation is not available at this time. The solicitation will be posted on the NECO website on or about 1 April 2007. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (13-MAR-2007).
