- In support of the American Forces Network Broadcast Center (AFN-BC), the Defense Media Center Contracting Office intends to award a contract to upgrade the existing Broadcast Automation System with upgraded and expanded media servers, and a Serial Digital Interface (SDI) router system expansion.
