The Naval Base Guantanamo Bay Cuba requires Two Hundred and Seventy Five (275), Fifty-Five Gallon Drums of Lubricantsrr-1 40 Engine Oil. Must meet the following specifications: Engine Oil a zinc-free heavy-duty SAE 40 crankcase oil designed for use in Railroad Locomotive Diesel Engines, All 2-Stroke Cycle and 4-Stroke Cycle Railroad Diesel Engines, Railroad-type Diesel Engines used in Marine Service Railroad-Type engine used in stationary service for power generation or offshore drilling equipment medium-speed diesel engine manufactured by General Electric (GE) and the Electro-Motive Division (EMD) of General Motors. Older Railroad-type diesel engine manufactured by ALCO Baldwin and Cleveland. Density, g/cm at 15 c 0.896; Color: ASTM 8.0 flash point; C (f) 272 (520), pour point: C (f) -18 (0); Viscosity 150 Cst at 40 c 150 Cst at 100 c 15.3; Sus at 100 f 786; Sus at 210 f 80.9; Viscosity Index 105; Ash Sulfated, ASTM D874, Wt percent Form test, ASTM D2896; Calcium, Wt percent 0,586; Zinc, Wt percent 0,001.
