- Notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with American Gage, Orange, CA for Various Starrett Commercial Grade Calibration Standards. The required Calibration standards are in support of the Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) Program and will be used to perform precision measurements. These items are for replishment or replacement and previously approved for use under this program. Equipment under this program must be replaced with identical equipment throughout the fleet. Vendor?s specific parts have been established as proprietary and no other make or model numbers can be substituted. Anticipate award date is on or about 22 June 2007. Delivery within 90 days of ordering date. FOB destination to Seal Beach, CA. Justification and Authority is FAR 6.302-1.
