- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) webpage located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. In accordance with FAR 13.5, the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to purchase 17 RM939/LX-10K routing switches on a sole source basis from GE Fanuc Embedded Systems, Inc., 12090 South Memorial Parkway, Huntsville, Alabama 35803-3308. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334111 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. The order shall be a firm fixed order. SAP procedures shall be used in this procurement. FOB Origin shall apply. Anticipated date of award is 26 June 2007. DoD will no longer award contracts to contractors not registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) database.
