- The US Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) intends to award a sole source order to Williams Scotsman Inc., 7001 Golden Ring Rd., Baltimore, MD 21237 for the continued lease of a trailer for a period to include a base year and two opt ion years as well as options for teardown and return. Trailer 502 is currently onsite and occupied by the DMLSS JMLFDC which provides vital development and sustainment support of the DMLSS Automated Information System. This notice of intent is not a reques t for competitive quotes. There is no separate solicitation for this intent. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated capability within the established timeframe is invited to submit written notification to the Contract Specialist within fifteen (1 5) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the firms ability. Information can be sent to the Contract Specialist at: janet.kuhns@us.army.mil. No telephone request s will be accepted. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received , USAMRAA will proceed with the sole source contract. See Numbered Note 22.
