- This is a notice of intent of the Center For Health Care Contracting (CHCC) at Fort Sam Houston, TX to award an Indefinite Delivery contract for non-personal services to provide a qualified dentist provider network consisting of private civilian dent ist to perform routine and emergent dental treatment within their private offices as directed by a treatment plan provided by Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP) dental station in order to remove a Reserve Component (RC) Soldier from Dental Class 3 deployme nt status into a minimum of a Dental Class 2 deployment status IAW Health Affairs Policy:02-011. The number of service members referred to the local provider network at any of the SRP dental stations approved to use the RC-MRP is completely dependent upon the number of RC Soldiers mobilizing through that station, the status of their dental readiness when they present to that SRP dental station, and the SRP dental stations capability to treat the RC Soldiers within their facilities. Primary site locations to be serviced include: Camp Atterbury, IN; Camp Shelby, MS; Ft. Benning, GA; Ft. Bliss, TX; Ft. Dix, NJ; Ft. Jackson, SC; and Ft. McCoy, WI. Secondary site locations to be serviced include: Camp Roberts, CA; Ft Bragg, NC; Ft. Buchanan, PR; Ct. Campbell, T N; Ft. Carson, CO; Ft. Drum, NY; Ft. Eustis, VA; Ft. Gordon, GA; Ft. Hood, TX; Ft. Irwin, CA; Ft. Knox, KY; Ft. Lee, VA; Ft. Leonard Wood, MO; Ft. Lewis, WA; Ft. Polk, LA; Ft. Riley, KS; Ft. Sam Houston, TX; Ft. Sill, OK; Ft. Stewart, GA; Gowen Field, ID; and Schofield Barracks, HI. However, if a large mobilization troop surge occurs, the RC-MRP network must be capable of expanding to any one of 21 additional mobilization platforms. The performance period will be 01 October 2007 through 30 September 2008 with four 1-year options through 2012.
