Description

THIS IS AN UNRESTRICTED PROCUREMENT. The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and equipment and constructing the Sardis Project Management Office building in Panola County, Mississippi. Principal features of the work include eart hwork, excavation, fill, backfill, wheel stops, signs, hot mix asphalt pavement parking areas and entrance, pavement markings, concrete curbs and sidewalks, catch basin, concrete ditches, concrete slab, chain link security fence and gates, topsoil and sodd ing, flagpole, providing as-built drawings, all work required for constructing the complete and operational office building, and environmental protection. The estimated value of the proposed work is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Plans and speci fications will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities (Fed Biz Ops) Web Page at http://www.fbo.gov/ . Compact discs and hardcopies will not be available. Bidders should check the Fed Biz Opps webpage often for new solicitations and/or changes (AMENDMENTS) to existing ones. Issue date on or about 13 July 07. Bid Opening date on or about 14 August 07 at 1600 hours, local time at place of bid opening.
