- THIS IS AN 8(A) SOLE SOURCE SET A-SIDE FOR QUINN CONTRACTING, INC., FALKNER, MS. The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and equipment, and constructing the Coles Point Boat Launching Facility Realignment, located on Sardis Lake in Panola County, Mississippi. Principal features of work include clearing and grubbing, disposal of debris from clearing and grubbing, demolition and removal of debris, excavation, fill, compacted granular base course, hot mix asphalt pavement, concrete work, pavement markings, guardrail, signs, seeding, sodding, engineering fabric, stone protection, providing as built-drawings, storm water pollution prevention and environmental protection. The value of the proposed work is between $100,000.00 and $250, 000.00. Plans and specifications will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Web Page at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Bidders may register on the Interested Vendors List (IVL) at http://www.2fbo.gov/ and retrieve an IVL from the same lo cation. Compact disc and hardcopies will not be available. Bidders should check often for changes (AMENDMENTS). Issue date on or about July 2, 2007. Request for Proposal due on or about August 1, 2007.
