- Solicitation Issue Date: On or About 03 JULY 2007 Solicitation Closing Date: On or About 02 AUG 2007. The proposed procurement is 8a Competitive Set Aside; NAICS 237990 with a small business size standard of not to exceed $31 million average annual receipts over the preceding three fiscal years. Solicit and Award one contract for construction project consi sting of Recreation Area Facility Modifications. Including: Beach/Swim area, Boat ramps, Restroom upgrades (toilets, changing rooms, handicapped access), Parking lot repaving, Adding walkways, Electric Water Septic System Upgrades will be required to m eet New York State standards. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge, to all authenticated account holders of Federal Technical Data Solution System (FedTeDS)a one-time registration process for vendors/contractorsAccounts may only be attained by CCR-registered contractors/vendor, go to www.fedteds.gov for additional information.
