- Amendment to Sources Sources Casuality Support Services. The amendment changes the response date, the Period of Performance, and the Place of Performance. The Response Date has changed from 3:00PM (local time) on June 18, 2007 to 3:00PM (local time) on June 21, 2007. The Period of Performance is anticipated to be a twelve(12) month base period plus three (3) twelve (12) month option periods. The Place of Perfomance: Alexandria, VA, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, and Dover Port Mortuary (DPM), Dover, DE.
