- This requirement is for Personnel Support service at RAF Lakenheath and RAF Mildenhall in the United Kingdom. The work to be performed is detailed in the attached Performance Work Statement. Additional documents for review and comment are the Performance Plan and Questionnaire. The attached Performance Work Statement and Performance Plan are considered working documents; and have not been officially approved and finalized. However, no major changes are anticipated. Any forthcoming changes will be minor, i.e. grammatical and numerical. The Performance Work Statement has been issued for your review and we invite your comments and constructive criticisms. If there are areas in need of clarification please e-mail june.ballance@lakenheath.af.mil or steven.collum@lakenheath.af.mil. The issuance of this mature draft document is an invitation to begin preparing your proposal ahead of the RFP release. I hope the release of this document will be helpful.
