- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued separately. The solicitation number is FA5000-07-T-0013. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated FAR provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-16 and Class Deviation 2005-o0001. The DFARS provisions and clauses are those in effect to DCN 20070531. Purchase gas detection equipment: MX6 Kit-K1230111 confined space kit, 02, LEL, H2S,co or equal (4 each), MX6-K1230101 MX6 iBriD Multi gas meter CO, 02, LEL,H2 S or equal (6 each), MX6-K123R211 MX6-PID, CO, H2S, LEL, 02, BAT, Pump, Charger or equal (2 each), MX6/DS2 laptop turn key system or equal (2 each), CALIBRATION GAS 100PPM ISOBUTYLENE 103L or equal (1 each), ALKALINE BATTERY PACK FOR MX6 or equal (5 each). Offers will be evaluated based on technically acceptable, low price.
