- Pre-solicitation Notice This pre-solicitation notice is being issued pursuant to FAR 5.204. The United States Air Force Academy (USAFA), 98th FTS, currently has a requirement to replace several parachute harness and container systems. The systems that will be purchased will be the TALON 3.0, Classic Pro and Tellis 3.0 systems. Solicitation FA7000-07-T-0177 will be issued shortly which will identify the specific quantities and need dates. This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. For purposes of this acquisition, the NAICS code being considered is 314999. The anticipated business size is 500 employees. Small, Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone), Women-owned, Veteran Owned and Service Disabled Veteran Owned businesses are encouraged to submit data.
