- This is a Sources Sought Notice only. This notice is posted under NAICS codes 334290 and 332212. McChord AFB is seeking potential small business sources for a tool tracking system to maintain 100% accountability of aircraft maintenance tools on the flightline. The system must provide a visual indicator ensuring accountability for tools, tool boxes, and equipment without requiring the user to open and visually inventory each item inside. Additionally, the system must provide an enclosed, mobile tool repository that will house the tools, tool boxes, and equipment. The mobile tool repository must provide a visual indicator ensuring accountability for all tool boxes and equipment stored inside without requiring the user to open and visually inventory items inside. The system will provide continuous information on tool accountability to the mobile tool repository and the tool warehouse, located near the flightline.
