- This information is being released for the Site Visit scheduled for solicitation FA2517-07-R-6006 (formally known as FA2517-07-R-7000) on 22 June 2007. 3. SITE VISIT. A site visit to Peterson Air Force Base (AFB) and Schriever AFB, Colorado will be conducted 22 June 2007. Due to space constraints, Offerors participating in the Site Visit will be limited to three (3) individuals total per team (prime contractor and any subcontractors). Answers to questions submitted during and after the site visit will be made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. a. Offerors attending the Site Visit must submit a visit request to the Program Manager, Mr. Ron Ahner, no later than 4:00 p.m. MDT on 21 June 2007. b. Visit requests may be faxed to the PM at (719) 556-1597. Additional information on the Site Visit will be posted to FedBizOpps as it becomes available. All visit requests must be submitted by the company?s Security Manager and must contain the following information: Person?s full name SSN Place of Birth Date of Birth Clearance Information (if applicable)(Type of Clearance, Level of Clearance, Date of Clearance) Reason for Visit (PWC Contract Site Visit) POC for the visit (Diane Chinea, 21 CONS/LGCB, (719) 556-4894) 5352.215-9001 NOTICE OF PRE-BID/PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE (MAY 1996) (a) A pre-bid/pre-proposal conference will be conducted beginning in Bldg 350, 21 MXG Conference Room on Peterson AFB, CO on 22 June 2007 at 8:30AM for the purpose of answering questions regarding this solicitation. (b) Submit the names of all attendees (limit 3 per team) to Mr. Ron Ahner, Voice: 719-556-1579, Fax: 719-556-1597 prior to 21 June 2007. This information must be provided in advance in order to ensure access to the military base/conference site and adequate seating for the conference attendees. (c) Bidders/Offerors are requested to submit questions to the point of contact noted above not later than 20 June 2007. Information provided at this conference shall not qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation and specifications. Terms of the solicitation and specifications remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. If an amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgment and receipt of solicitation amendments shall apply. (d) A record of the conference shall be made and furnished to all prospective bidders/offerors. The record should include minutes of the meeting, including questions (on a non-attribution basis) and answers.
