- The Government intends to procure on an Other than Full and Open Competition basis with the American Board of Preventive Medicine Incorporated, 330 South Wells, St., Chicago, IL 60606-7104, to purchase board application and exam fees for the residents in Aerospace medicine to obtain the required board certification United States Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine (USAFSAM). The requirement is for a year period. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. If additional information pertaining to this announcement is required; you may contact Kim Walton, Contracting Officer, at the telephone and email address provided herein. All requests must reference the Solicitation Number. All responsible sources capable of meeting the requirement may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the agency. If no responses are received by the date and time scheduled, a Sole Source. Note 22 Applies.
