Description
Request For Quotation for the purchase and installation of projectors and interactive boards This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 12. This announcement constitutes a Request for Quotation; quotes are being requested. Solicitation number F3H1M17130A1 is issued as a request for quotation. Funds are currently available. Quotations must be good until Friday, 20 July, 2007. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-04. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334310. The business size standard is 750 Employees. Offutt AFB intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the following: The vendor shall provide components, labor and connective materials to install 21 projectors and 17 interactive boards in 15 classrooms on Offutt AFB, NE. A single computer (OFE) will be the only connection to all the projector installations. See below for a description for the items being requested. For a detailed description of each line item a suggested part number has been provided. This requirement is NOT restricted to any particular brand name however if you propose an equivalent it MUST be similar to the suggested item below. All the components are to be installed in one building. The interactive boards do NOT have to come equipped with speakers and are to be mounted on the walls. This estimated delivery date is as soon as possible. The ceiling is 10 feet high, the distance from the board to the projector will be approximately 20-30 feet and the distance from the projector to the PC is approximately 20-30 feet. The electrical will be finished by the government once everything is installed. If you have any questions regarding this requirement they must be submitted by COB on 18 June 2007.
