- This is an amended pre-solicitation notice for providing Durable Medical Equipment to the VA Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System. Solicitation should be available on or before Jul 16, 2007. The proposed contract is anticipated to be 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The period of performance for this contract will be one year, with two-one year option, from date of award performance. NAICS Code 446199. The Request for Proposal (RFP) is available on www.fedbizopps.gov under Department of Veterans Affairs. Potential offerors are encouraged to use this website to obtain a copy of the RFP in lieu of requesting a paper copy. Request for paper copies must be in writing by faxing to 501-257-1334, Route 324, or emailed to Kim.Shelton@va.gov. All requests must include the RFP number, requestor's name, address, phone, fax number, and email address. By submitting a proposal, the proposal acknowledges the Government requirement to be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) Database prior to award of any contract or purchase order. Information about CCR registration may be found at www.ccr.gov. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered.
