- Description
- The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives intends to negotiate on a sole source bases with Interparking, Inc., Washington, DC for the lease of a multi-level indoor parking facility (space numbered) which is secured and restricted to tenants and tenants guests. Requirement is for one hundred sixty-four (164) parking spaces located on garage levels P-2 through P-4 at 650 Massachusetts Avenue, NW, Washington, DC. The lease period is two months commencing July 1, 2007 through August 31, 2007. The contractor is the sole proprietor of the parking facility in the building where ATF headquarters is located. Accordingly, this is a sole source action. The resultant contract will be firm fixed price and negotiated in accordance with the Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR) part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items.
