This notice constitutes the only solicitation; price quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, HSCG81-07-Q-3YT200, is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27.
