- Description
- The National Hansen?s Disease Programs (NHDP) has a requirement for Orthopedic Surgeon services for patients with Hansen?s Disease located at the National Hansen?s Disease Programs, Baton Rouge LA. Services include: Patient examinations, diagnostic and pre-op clinics, consultation and recommendations for treatment of orthopedic problems, orthopedic surgeries as required and post-op follow ups as well as written reports and/or oral dictation, physician clinic visits two days each week and emergency calls. The anticipated period of performance is one year, beginning October 1, 2007 through September 30, 2008 with two one year options. This is a 100% small business set-aside, restricted to small businesses eligible to receive award. The RFP will be posted at the Government website at www.fbo.gov under HHS, Health Resources and Services Administration, BPHC/National Hansen's Disease Programs, Posted Dates on or about June 25, 2007. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the site for amendments to the solicitation. The NAICS code for this requirement is 621111. Solicitation will be conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and 13. The closing date for receipt of proposals will be approximately thirty (30) days after issuance/posting of the RFP.
