- The Naval Petroleum Reserve No. 3, located approximately 40 miles north of Casper, Wyoming, is soliciting quotes to provide 10 Drill Collars, for use in the oilfield. Price is to include freight delivered to site (FOB Destination). Description is as follows: 6-1/4" OD X 2-1/4" X 31 ft Spiral Drill Collars, 4-1/2" XH Connections, Bore Back Boxes, API Relief Groove Pins with Standard Slip Recess, Condition: NEW; 4145 Heat Treated Collars with Mill Certificates. Delivery 45 days after receipt of order.
