- Description
- The Building and Fire Research Laboratory (BFRL) of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has a requirement for a contractor to convene various workshops and task groups and to perform various studies and consultations for the National Earthquake Hazards Reduction Program (NEHRP) project. This is a full and open competition under FAR Part 15 Procedures. The NAICS Code is 541690 with a size standard of $6.5M. The Government anticipates making a firm-fixed-price contract award with a period of performance consisting of one (1) base year and four (4) option years. The proposal (RFP No. SB1341-07-RP-0037), proposal amendments, and questions and answers related to this procurement will be made available via the Internet at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The proposal is anticipated for release to the vendor community on or about July 9, 2007 and will only be available via the Fedbizopps web site. Potential offerors are responsible for accessing the web site. Interested parties must respond to the proposal in order to be considered for award of any resultant contract.
