Specifications, Plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and can not be furnished by the Government. This solicitation will result in a definite quantity contract for 0001, 3 ea. 0002, 36 ea, 213 DARO, Destination/Origin. Other than full and open, only one source, intended source FXC Corp, Cage 52497. Note 22 applies. Unrestricted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
