- PR Number : IQC07137009008 Nomenclature: STRAP WEBBING STRAB WEBBING- 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. FSC 5340-This procurement will be for a stock Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) to be awarded under FAR 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The IQC will be for a two year base period, with three one year options. The procurement is for NSN 5340-01-475-3650. Only two sources are acceptable for this procurement MILE MARKER INC (0GZB7) and KINEDYNE CORP. (0KHZ6). The required delivery schedule is 60 days after date of each order. The annual estimated quantity is 25,000 units. Offers will be evaluated for past performance using the Automated Best Value System (ABVS). Past performance evaluation factor will be considered equal to price.
