- This solicitation will be issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside and includes a base period plus 3 option years for the Gloves, Cloth, Anti-Flash. NSN 8415-01-267-9661(s) in accordance with MIL-G-2874. Base and all options include minimums of 30,000 pairs and maximums of 160,000 pairs with monthly maximums of 2,500 pairs. Production Lead Time is 90 days. FOB Destination. Best Value procedures will be used. This acquisition will also contain DOMESTIC RESTRICTIONS, which means that all components and all manufacturing must be obtained/performed within the UNITED STATES. AVAILABILITY OF SOLICITATION, FAR 5.102(d) APPLIES, AS OUR OFFICE NO LONGER ISSUES SOLICITATION OR AMENDMENTS IN PAPER FORM.
