- Description
- The U.S. Special Operations Command, Technology Applications Contracting Office, intends to contract with Meggitt Western Design, Inc, 16952 Millikan Ave, Irvine, CA 92606-5045, to repair three (3) each 30mm ammunition magazines (Part number: 040799-1) and ten (10) each up loader (Part number: 495-1755). Inspection/acceptance is at origin. This RFQ does not provide for full and open competition. Authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR Clause 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for a competitive quote; however, all responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to this procurement are not available and cannot be furnished. This is a DO-A1 rated order. The solicitation number is H92241-07-R-0028. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 336413; the business size is 1000. Delivery shall be to Ft. Campbell, KY. The solicitation will be issued on 28 June 2007.
