- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled Construction of Crew Launch Vehicle (CLV) Mobile Launcher (ML), Draft Request For Proposal's (DRFP) synopsis which was posted on May 18, 2007. You are hereby notified that the following changes are made: 1. The anticipated release date of the DRFP is on or about June 22, 2007. 2. The ML's drawings and specification package are classified as "Sensitive But Unclassified" (SBU) information and are subject to the U.S. Export Control Laws. Therefore, all offerors must register with Defense Logistic Information Services (DLIS) and with Federal Technical Data Solutions (FEDTEDS) http://www.fedteds.gov . Instructions for registering with the DLIS are found on the FEDTEDS Frequently Asked Questions Tab, Question #10. In order to download the ML drawings/specification, your firm must be registered in FEDTED and DLIS. These drawings and specifications are required for your proposal preparation and must be requested by you. The due date for comments/questions is extended to July 3, 2007. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. The Internet site, or URL, for the NASA/KSC Business Opportunities home page is http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=D&pin=76 Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation and any amendments.
