- Description
- The Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD) on behalf of the Inter-American Foundation (IAF), intends to issue a solicitation for a Contractor to provide audit services of IAF grantee recipiants in Haiti. Among the tasks the Contractor will perform are the following: conduct audits in accordance with the Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS), and conduct orientation/initial assessments of grantees receiving IAF funds. The grant auditors must have a full time physical presence in Haiti. The Contractor (including staff) are required to have language proficiency in English, Creole and French. The Government contemplates award of an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with fixed-price auidt, fixed hourly rates for optional services and reimbursable travel costs. The contract will be for a base period and four one-year option periods. This acquisition is unrestricted. The North American Classification Code (NAICS) is 541211 and the small business size standard is $7.5 million.
