- 1. SmartStar Software Suite is a front-end development package used for screen and menu development that is used to develop and maintain the Reserve Headquarters Support (RHS) system. The suite includes: - Rights to the SmartStar software including a copy of the source code. - The Design Documentation for SmartStar - A Point of Contact list of consultants that currently update the application. - One week of training at B2 Systems that will include: - A detailed description of the changes made to SmartStar for the patch to Oracle 9i. - Detailed instructions/training on how all the components of SmartStar are connected (SmartStation, SmartMove, SmartQuery, SmartDesign, SmartReport) - Detailed instructions/training on the SmartStar/Oracle Interface - Detailed instructions/training on how to compile and link the application. The Government reserves the right to award this fixed price contract for this proprietary software on a sole source basis to B2 Systems, Inc., 5662 Calle Real #235, Goleta, CA 93117 who developed this software tool suite and currently holds all rights to its application. This is not a request for quotations.
