- Notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Northrop Grumman Amherst Systems (NGAS), support services to operate and maintain Mobile Remote Emitter Simulator Systems (MRES), Barking Sands, HI. NGAS is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of this equipment and owns the proprietary rights to the hardware and software in the MRES. This effort requires two NGAS trained technicians for mobile and fixed-site MRES?s. Period of performance is for a period of five months after contract award. Anticipated award date is on or about 30 June 2007. Justification and Authority is FAR 6.302-1.
